Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Think Cre8tive Group CIC is committed to providing clear and fair terms for all bookings. This policy applies to programme registrations, training sessions, events, and any fee-based services provided by us.


1. Making a Booking

  • Bookings may be made via our website, email, or through direct arrangements with our team.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive written/email confirmation from Think Cre8tive Group CIC.
  • Where applicable, payment or a deposit may be required to secure your place.

2. Payments

  • Payments should be made in full prior to the start of the event/training unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment platforms, or invoice (for organisations).
  • All payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations by Participants

  • Singing Club (weekly sessions): Memberships or pay-per-session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons).
  • Training or Workshops:
    • Cancellation more than 14 days before the event – full refund (minus any booking fees).
    • Cancellation 7–14 days before the event – 50% refund.
    • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event – no refund.
  • Licensing & Toolkit Packages: These are non-refundable once materials or digital access have been provided.

4. Cancellations by Think Cre8tive Group CIC

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event in unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue issues, emergencies).
  • If we cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
  • We will not be liable for any other costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).

5. Non-Attendance

  • If you fail to attend a booked session or event without prior notice, no refund will be given.
  • For funded community programmes (e.g. Singing Club), we may reallocate places if participants repeatedly fail to attend.

6. Transfers & Substitutions

  • Training or workshop bookings may be transferred to another person if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Transfers are not available for Singing Club memberships or individual toolkit licences.

7. Force Majeure

Think Cre8tive Group CIC will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including extreme weather, public health emergencies, or transport disruptions.
