2. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to:

- Provide a consistent framework for agreements and accountability.
3. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Formal partnerships with statutory, voluntary, or private sector organisations.
- Informal collaborations with community groups and networks.
- Strategic alliances, project-based collaborations, and joint funding bids.
4. Principles of Partnership
We are committed to partnerships that are:
- Mission-aligned – All collaborations should support our charitable objects, values, and outcomes.

- Transparent – Roles, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly defined and communicated.

5. Forms of Partnership

9. Roles & Responsibilities

- CEO: Leads on developing, approving, and managing key partnerships.
- Project Coordinators: Manage day-to-day delivery collaborations and communications.
- All Staff and Volunteers: Expected to represent the organisation professionally in all collaborative settings.
10. Monitoring & Review
- Partnerships will be monitored through agreed reporting frameworks.
- Feedback from partners and participants will inform future collaborations.
- This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
