Refund Policy

Think Cre8tive Group CIC is a not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering high-quality, accessible programmes. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be provided.


1. General Principles

  • Refunds will only be issued in line with the terms set out below.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
  • Booking fees, payment platform charges, or administration costs are non-refundable.

2. Community Sessions (Singing Club, Care Home Choir, Sing it Out Mama, U-Can-Play Ukulele)

  • Pay-per-session fees and memberships are non-refundable once a session has taken place.
  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g. long-term illness, medical reasons) at the discretion of Think Cre8tive Group CIC.

3. Training Courses & Workshops

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event.
  • 50% refunds are available if cancellation is made 7–14 days before the event.
  • No refunds are available if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event or for non-attendance.

4. Licensing & Toolkit Packages

  • Due to the nature of digital products, toolkits, handbooks, and training resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
  • If you experience issues accessing digital content, we will provide technical support to ensure access.

5. Events Cancelled by Think Cre8tive Group CIC

  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • Transfer to a future date.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen personal circumstances may arise. Refund requests outside of these terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with decisions made at the discretion of the Directors.
