what do we do

SING & SHAre

Singing together makes us feel good, getting to know each other in a different and creative way. Sharing lets us know that we are not alone.

DANCE & PLAY

Moving together builds self-confidence and trust in our own abilities to manage. To cope. Play brings enjoyment.

LEARN & LAUGH

Developing new skills together is an achievement that we can take into the rest of our lives. Taking time to laugh makes it all worthwhile.

RESOURCES

Each session includes a song book with recordings (cd or streaming) and suggested activities and materials to use.

These sessions are not only group activities, but life skills to take home and use at any time.

Research

Research shows that groups involving singing together significantly improve outcomes of both mum and baby, from mental health to physical health. People thrive with people.
