Care Home Choir

Bringing music into residential care to spark memories, lift spirits, and connect generations. Sessions are dementia-friendly, trauma-informed, and accessible to all residents.

– Delivered by trained facilitators with support for care staff.

Sing It Out! Mama

A safe and supportive space for mothers and parents to connect, share, and sing. Babies are central, and every session is flexible to the needs of parents and infants.

– For new mums, mums-to-be, and parents with infants.
– Focus: maternal mental health, bonding, confidence, reducing isolation.
– Adapted delivery for baby-friendly environments (safe spaces, lullabies, co-regulation songs).
