Think Cre8tive Group CIC (TCG) is an award-winning Community Interest Company based in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

We believe singing is far more than a leisure activity. When delivered in safe, structured and inclusive environments, singing can support wellbeing, reduce isolation, build confidence, encourage social connection and help people live healthier lives.


Our work combines community singing, breathing exercises, gentle movement, creativity and social support to create enjoyable programmes that are accessible to people of all abilities and backgrounds.


We work with individuals, communities, care homes, health services and partner organisations to develop opportunities that improve quality of life through participation in singing.

Frances is Co-Founder and CEO of Think Cre8tive Group CIC, an award-winning creative health organisation using evidence-informed singing programmes to improve health and wellbeing. Combining psychology, education and music, she develops innovative community interventions, leads research and training, and champions singing as an accessible, preventative health intervention
